Medical Coverage

We offer a comprehensive medical plan, including prescription drug coverage, for full time employees and their eligible dependents. Medical coverage is effective the first day of employment. Medical benefits are available to part time employees once they have met certain eligibility requirements. {close}


Dental Coverage

Our dental plan is designed to encourage regular preventative treatment and to assist employees in paying for more expensive dental treatment. Dental coverage for full time employees and their eligible dependents is effective on the first day of employment. Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employees and their dependents a confidential, professional consultation and referral service. {close}


Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD & D) Insurance

Full time employees are provided with Life insurance and AD & D coverage. In addition, employees have the option to purchase additional Life and AD & D coverage for an additional premium cost. {close}


Short Term Disability

Full time employees are provided Short Term Disability coverage. Short Term Disability coverage provides continued compensation in the event of a non-work related accident or illness for up to 26 weeks. {close}


Long Term Disability

Long Term Disability provides a source of income to employees if they remain disabled for a period of over 26 weeks. Long Term Disability is elective coverage paid for by the employee. {close}


Retirement Income Plan

To assist in planning for and funding retirement needs, the company provides a Retirement Income Plan for full time employees. The amount of this benefit is determined by base pay and by years of service. {close}
